3 spots along the outer margin of elytra and the black separating those does not colour the gutter/margin itself. Compare to your other Coccinula: 4 spots along elytral margin and the gutter/margin itself is included in the black colouring between those. Going by the pronotum this would be the ssp "agnata", if you accept the ssp as valid at all that is. Going by head colour this should be a female I think
