Body length 4.7-7.5 mm. Pale brown to black, finely maculate elytra and pronotum; antennae and legs usually darker. Loosely scaled. Scales piliform. Antennal funicle very thin. The middle part of the prothorax is finely hairy. Males have very longer femora in the front tarsi, which are also comparatively longer than middle and hind legs. Femora with a small protruding tooth.
